Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision

Qualifications
Education Requirements: MS or MA or MBA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline.
Allowable Substitution: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing the duties described in the Experience Requirements below may be substituted for a Masters degree.
Experience Requirements: At least ten (10) years of experience performing duties similar to at least three (3) of the duties found in the Senior Computer Programmer description.
SENIOR: A Senior level person within a labor category has a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in at least three (3) areas related to the description and a MA/MS degree. A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Responsibilities
Description: Lead the creation, modification, testing code, and scripts that allow computer applications to run. Work from specifications drawn up by software and web developers or other individuals. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information.
