The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the compliance department for Optum.This individual will be responsible to help establish, mandate and implement standard policies, procedures and best practices across the company to promote compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations. We are looking for a self-starter with experience in healthcare compliance and project management. Person needs to be very detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and strong MS Excel skills.

  • Assist and support in activities to establish and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System that meets all applicable FDA Medical Device regulations and ISO standards.

  • Assist in the monitoring of regulatory adherence across departments with respect to new product development, labeling and marketing material review, vendor management, process improvement, and general operations.
  • ""
  • Support quality-related internal audit activities, corrective and preventative actions, continuous improvement and other quality initiatives consistent with defined quality plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher
  • ""
  • At least 2 years of increasingly experience in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance in the medical device industry.
  • ""
  • Direct, hands-on experience working with a Quality Management System.
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
  • ""
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
