Communications Senior Analyst, Internal Communications

This role is looking for someone who is a creative, driven and agile communications professional who can help shape employee engagement in PepsiCos purpose agenda. As Communications Senior Analyst, youll play a vital role in developing enterprise-wide employee communications for sustainability and other initiatives that advance PepsiCos Winning with Purpose strategy.

More about what youll do day-to-day:

  • Develop engaging content that drives internal engagement with PepsiCos sustainability agenda.
  • Push the envelope of available tools and materials to drive employee engagement in PepsiCos Green Teams.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal sustainability communications.
  • Help to elevate engagement with our frontline employees, including supporting the execution and rollout of a new community engagement initiative.
  • Provide internal communications support for PepsiCos Beyond the Bottle business.
  • Partner with the People and Culture Communications Director on a variety of initiatives to help shape PepsiCo culture and advance our Winning with Purpose strategy.

What does success look like?
  • Youll help us to elevate employee understanding of PepsiCos sustainability agenda around the globe.
  • Volume of internal coverage generated will serve as metric of success, which includes published stories, digital engagements, and events supported. Sustainability understanding and engagement levels in our organizational health survey will also be an important measure.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6+ years Corporate Communications experience
  • Experience in rolling-out successful employee engagement campaigns.
  • Strong content creation abilities, across written, video and digital. You will know how to build a story that engages an audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams, including comfort with supporting and interacting with senior leaders.
  • Comfortable in adjusting work priorities based on the needs of the business.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
