Role Purpose: The Communications Analytics Associate Manager will play a key leadership role in the utilization of Analytics across our Digital Content Team. This candidate would be a key driver in the success of our Performance Analytics practice, which real-time monitors and analyzes key constituent behaviors, and identifies engagement opportunities and optimizations across owned, earned, and paid media channels. As Digital Communications is tasked to deliver much more content, we have greater responsibilities for additional amplification. This role seeks a candidate with experience in paid media, an understanding of social analytics, and strong collaboration skills. Responsibilities would include weekly meetings to better understand Content Teams production and editorial schedule and contribution to our 4 categories by providing: Optimizations and recommendations for paid content amplification; work with the team to execute plans A focus on audience insights and strategic targeting recommendations Ideation, social listening around topics of interest, and landscape of current digital publishing Timely feedback on the performance of various content on various channels Additional training on social analytics, paid performance, etc. as needed Focused support for content analytics (website) Broadly the Associate Manager would lead communications insight development across social and news media reputation and collaborate with SMEs from communications teams (Media, Sustainability, Internal, Innovation, NAN, Global Digital Practice, etc.) on optimized strategies. Role Accountabilities: 1) Lead the expansion of our Analytics practice to support the Content Team. This expansion leads to a more efficient approach with direct in-house support and provides a superior and standard execution of content analysis across owned, earned, and paid media channels 2) Contribute to the area of data-informed strategy development and team objective setting 3) Increase focus on paid media and emerging channels, including native partnerships and social influencer activation 4) Lead design of new, integrated reporting to meet team reporting goals and provide consistent look & feel, metrics, and reporting cadence with the Content Team 5) Act as the day-to-day relationship lead across various PepsiCo Communications teams (i.e., Sustainability, Innovation, Internal, Media, NAN, Global Digital Practice, etc), sharing data-driven insights and strategy optimizations 6) Manage the creation and execution of key recurring performance reports (content, channel, topic-based reputation, influencers, etc.) 7) Collaborate with digital SMEs across the organization, and within the industry (3rd parties, peer companies), to consistently optimize the corporate digital analytics and reporting approach 8) Support Communications scorecard reputational analysis by analyzing PepsiCo and competitive social and media activity. 9) Lead the pre-testing process, the mid-flight optimization process, and the post-campaign wrap reports for content executions #LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements 3+ years of analytic thinking and insight mining (ability to distill complex data into clear and meaningful recommendations) 2+ years of expertise in strategy, analytics, social listening, paid media and social channel performance 3+ years in report design and data management Broad understanding of corporate communications topics and audiences Social media and digital expert Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to think strategically and creativelyAdditional Competencies Must take initiative, be self-efficient, and work with a high level of professionalism Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure Collaborative approach/attitude and ability to provide consultation to colleagues Strong work ethic be highly motivated with the desire to grow within the organization#LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
