Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a globally dispersed Communications team in Global Collaboration Sales (GCS). You'll work closely with the GCS communications team and subject matter experts in the GCS Go-To-Market, sales enablement and strategy teams. This role also requires extensive cross functional partnership with product management, partner and marketing thought-leaders across the organization.

What You'll Do

You will support the execution of the Global Collaboration Sales plan aimed at readying our Collaboration sales teams globally. In this role you will:

  • Execute elements of a holistic and global communication strategy
  • Prioritize, write and edit communications designed to align seller engagement with our business and sales priorities.
  • Reduce the noise for our sellers by figuring out is relevant and communicating concisely.
  • Quickly grasp business needs and boiling them down to the core elements that a seller needs to know to do their job.
  • Crafting content in a way that engages sellers, generating awareness of sales priorities, programs, tools, promotions, and training.
  • Build effective communications channels for reaching a diverse set of sales audiences.
  • Ensure the channels used to communicate effectively engage the intended audiences.
  • Create communication programs that ready sellers- newsletters, webinars, website copy, etc.
  • Partner with marketing and sellers to develop and amplify compelling customer stories.
  • Build compelling presentations that articulate a range of topics including: business priorities, sales strategy, product and solution value propositions and our vision.
  • Communicate sophisticated tool and system changes in a direct and simple manner.

Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years communications experience
  • Proven program/project management skills
  • Stellar communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing
  • Comfortable being part of a distributed team and working remotely
  • When able, you will have the ability to travel on a modest basis
  • 2+ years sales experience a plus but not required
  • Sales enablement experience a plus not required
