Over the next five years, eCommerce will drive a significant amount of growth in the Food & Beverage categories. To ensure we win in this space we have established a dedicated global eCommerce group, bringing together world-class talent across F&B, digital, and key customers. This position will be responsible for developing and delivering new innovation in partnership with the HIVE by developing and utilizing co-packer capability. This capability supports both the near-term strategic objectives while developing future Supply Chain capabilities. The position will interface with all levels or the organization and work collaboratively across multiple business teams, Business Units and functions to ensure supply chain readiness in support of HIVE innovation.

HIVE is a lean entrepreneurial team empowered to take risks and operate outside of bureaucracy to move with agility, test and learn.

The QCI/Hive Supply Chain Manager is responsible for Supply Chain oversight of PepsiCos commercialization of unique SKUs beginning with the Idea phase of securing co-manufacturing capability through to product distribution through existing or alternative GTM. They will lead cross-functional teams through clear business partnerships and process in providing operational solutions that can be commercialized from Incubator to full scale at a reasonable cost.

  • This position will lead PepsiCos unique HIVE SKU development through Integration of Co-Manufacture partners providing manufacturing solutions across all Business Units for several platforms
  • Key role in building Co-man network capability offering unique/new/existing capabilities in support of QCI/Hive innovation roadmap
  • This position will be the voice of PepsiCo to co-manufacturers
  • Lead the vetting process of new co-manufacturers in support of the rapid launch of QCI/Hive Innovation
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts with new co-manufacturing partners leveraging the respective legal BU
  • Provide make vs buy analysis to supply chain leaders on new projects coming through HIVE innovation
  • Work with all cross-functional partners such as R&D, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Planning and Co-manufacturing to the source, justify, scope, scale-up new products
  • Serve as a platform expert for HIVE SKU development through understanding processing and packaging capability, capacity and leverage points across the Co-Manufacturing network
  • Lead in collaboration with Business Units/Planning Supply Chain partners to develop and implement GTM strategy for channel expansion
  • Facilitate and lead the ramp-up of production launch strategy leveraging Supply Chain Planning partners
  • Supply Chain voice in task force meetings to ensure any gaps are being addressed to ensure an on-time, a successful launch for any QCI product/repack initiative
  • Leverage a business review process for each contract manufacturing partner in order to maintain a robust base business and identify areas of opportunities for efficiency and profitability
  • Lead successful Supply Chain integration strategy into the respective Business Unit as HIVE innovation scales
  • Lead and develop a team of innovation and industry specialists


  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business
  • Willingness and ability to work outside of normal business hours and days
  • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
  • Manufacturing floor experience in packaging and/or processing
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Project management skills required
  • Deep understanding of the cost/quality/service deliverables of a food manufacturing
  • Strong analytical/financial management skills (P&Ls, margin analysis, COMM)
  • Lead role in cross-functional meetings and task forces
  • Champion change and transformational initiatives
  • Ability to lead and drive an agenda through the organization to deliver results
  • Ability to lead effectively in an unstructured cross-BU environment, and to maintain a level of executive maturity through stressful situations
  • Innovative and Independent thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
  • Ability to effectively engage and articulate concepts at the Tactical and Operational levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to effectively work with a wide range of stakeholders across all of the BUs
  • Ability to balance short, mid and long term goals to support ecomm growth strategy
  • Ability to lead through change, transformation and ambiguity
