Auto req ID: 242543BR Job Description PepsiCo Data & Analytics (D&A) develops next-gen AI/ML products and services to provides insights and capabilities to drive business value and growth. The Business Engagement (BE) team will develop a framework to track, measure and optimize value delivered, while working with various groups within PepsiCo to drive adoption of D&A products and capabilities to transform business processes and accelerate operational execution. BE-Commercial seeks to serve the Commercial teams worldwide across a variety of initiatives such a Net Revenue Management (NRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) etc. that are a core part of PepsiCos transformation strategy in engaging with our Customers and Shoppers. The BE-Commercial team will help our PepsiCo partners uncover the best opportunities to revamp, adapt, and scale solutions to solve unique go-to-market challenges. Accountabilities Mobilize a team of functional and technical experts with a mix of internal and external expertise to project manage and execute Commercial programs while delivering the projected value of business investments Influence and manage D&A s role in global Commercial initiatives. Lead dialog with the Commercial teams, assess business process maturity, KPI monitoring, and value realization anchored around D&A products Own and drive tactical market-level use cases to shape larger strategic value creation plays and work with D&A product teams to influence roadmap Discover new ways to grow the customer base for partners exploring new business opportunities or seeking to simplify operations to deliver high-quality value to consumers Partner across the internal PepsiCo Data & Analytics team to share demand shaping priorities, value management progress and value realization results Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or Business; Masters Degree a plus Minimum of 8 years of related Business, IT or Data experience in delivering complex, matrixed projects; PMP certification a plus 3+ years of functional experience (Revenue Management, Promo Planning, Pricing, Analytics etc.); CPG experience a plus Strategy or Big 5 consulting experience in leading or contributing to large transformation initiatives and working with stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds Excellent collaboration, expectation setting and change management skills to support senior leaders across functions High problem-solving ability, able to decompose complex business challenges, determine the appropriate KPIs to measure, and prioritize the right POCs/MVPs to accelerate value realization In-depth understanding of functional business operations as well as technology solutions and platforms to suggest appropriate and best fit D&A solutions Confident, makes decisions and inspires confidence in the teams he/she is accountable for providing direction Strategic thinker, can easily define long-term plans and rapidly translate into action Understands and keeps current with emerging technologies and trends and finds innovative ways to apply these to our business Inspires and builds the next generation of PepsiCo leaders, leveraging a desire to create a diverse team of talent Experience shaping data and analytics strategy and project management Experience with revenue management in CPG Experience in a Business Relationship Manager role or equivalent, with hands on experience of defining strategy Change management MBA in relevant area of expertise Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
