**What You Will Achieve**

You will develop and deliver the marketing strategies and promotional activities to ensure that the resources are made available to all customer facing colleagues, in order to maximize patient impact while delivering on the financial objectives for the category. You will add value to our growth strategies by assessing and identifying new commercial opportunities on traditional and non-traditional channels, and targeted diseases in the region. You will be developing potential partnership opportunities between Pfizer and the accounts/customers.

As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects in your division. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the people in your division. Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team and outside. You shall be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.

Through your expertise and extensive knowledge, you will be able to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for patients.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Set objectives for and manage multiple projects within the division.

+ Ensure that direct reports are effectively managing performance of their team by regularly reviewing performance management plans.

+ Design integrated cross-functional customer facing retail and tender & contracting teams appropriate to the market needs, including driving execution of customer strategies and tactics.

+ Contribute to company's profitable growth through development and efficient implementation of strategies and annual sales plans.

+ Manage selected key relationships locally, e.g. Key Opinion Leaders as part of agreed account plans.



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 7+ years of demonstrated experience

+ Relevant track record of producing outstanding results as an engaging leader of teams

+ Knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment

+ Strong commercial and marketing acumen

+ Strong people management experience

+ Customer focused, builds motivated, high-performing teams

+ Fluency in written and spoken English


+ Master's degree

+ Relevant experience of working with full breadth of senior National HealthService (NHS) customers

+ Good knowledge of local market conditions, preferably of the target Health Care Professionals and proven track record of rapid learning
