VAR Partner Success Manager (PSM)

This position is a strategic roleresponsible forenabling collaboration partners with best practices, collateral, programs, and campaignsto drive better customer experiences andidentify growth opportunities to expand Ciscos footprint.

Your strong communications skills will drive and accelerate mutual success with our customers, partners,and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. Driving unified goalswith yourPartnerand Cisco colleagues, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is increasinglycritical to Ciscos vision and strategy.

What Youll Do

The PSM prioritizes the customer's experience, enabling the partner to connect use cases with our collaboration portfolio. The PSM will enable the partner to set up our customers for successful adoption and ensure health for our customers. EachPSMisexpected to build cross-functional relationships within Cisco tosupport thepartner andcustomer more effectively.

Enabling Adoption & Retention

  • Drive adoption and integration of partners internal Cisco collaboration solutions into their lines of business and workflow to optimize their own experience
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the partner as a customer to develop clear understanding of partners strategy, goals and ensure value recognized from Cisco Solutions as the strategy is executed.
  • Identify build and maintain line of business relationships with partner as a customer
  • Represent Voice of the Customer through the partner within Cisco
  • Enable partner to drive proper setup, onboarding,and adoption of collaboration products and services
  • Facilitate seamless alignment between Cisco and Partner support for our mutual customers
  • Conduct regular partner on sites to strengthen relationships, report on the business, and participate in partner enablement.
  • Enable partner to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Cisco cloud collaboration products and services.
  • Educateand consultpartner oncollaborationnew products/features
  • Consult partner on how to identify early-warnings and detect threats on renewals customer health; work with cross-functional teams to build risk mitigation plan

Product Skills

  • Deep understanding of Webex product portfolio and features

Problem Solving and Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate internally with Sales & broader cross functional groups to drive continuous improvement & provide a superior customer experience.
  • Participate in campaigns, projects, and initiatives to ensure successful implementation of collaboration with partner
  • Facilitating Cisco & Partner alignment to ensure unified customer experience
  • Participate in partner collaboration business plan as part of partner account team strategy

Minimum2years of experience in the technology industry

Previous Customeror PartnerSuccessexperience in SaaS-based company

Strategic and creative thinker, account management, forward-looking approach with a strong commitment to customer success

Laser focus on reducing churn, increase product usage & adoption

Strong communication, consultative, influence,and presentation skillsacross the management spectrum

Ability to solve problems independently and proactively

Focused attention to detail allowing fordelivery of high-quality end-user experiences.

Proven team player and ability to orchestrate value in coordination with multiple stakeholders

Willingness tolearn;adapt and lead change within Cisco

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business requirements

Ability to articulate value messaging and influencechangemanagement

Entrepreneurial approach to business and the ability to establish a holistic view as it relates to the motions driven out of partner and customer success

Education or equivalent experience: 4-year higher education degree

Customer travel required
