Ensure PepsiCo Beverages North Americas (PBNA) Control Environment is operating effectively
through a number of process and control workstreams:
Complete deliverables for Corporate scoping templates including legal entities, general ledger account mapping, shared services and IT applications
Assist BPC Manager with Controls and Fraud Risk Assessments (CRA and FRA)
Perform independent SOX testing for reliance by external auditors and PepsiCos Corporate audit team; ensure the accurate and efficient input of quarterly results into SOX tool
Evaluate Segregation of Duties between users access of PBNA legacy applications
Facilitate updates to all process documentation including narratives, flowcharts and risk and control matrices through collaboration with various control and process owners
Execute various ad hoc projects around monitoring the overall control environment
1-2+ years of public accounting experience (preferably Big 4)
B.S. degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
Prior experience with SOX 404 required
Able to work in a team-oriented environment
Highly motivated individual who can effectively manage multiple projects at once
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
SAP/Oracle experience a plus
CPG/Manufacturing industry experience a plus
