Job Description

 The Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) exists to deliver world class customer experiences in ways that maximizes our revenue, design-wins, as well as our brand and reputation. We are customer obsessed, providing personalized programs and support, to accelerate Intel transformation to a cloud and data-centric leader.

We are looking for a rock star Field Sales Executive to grow Intel revenue, relevance, preference, and scale in Cloud Services of our key customers across Network Security, Network Operations, Enterprise Storage Solutions segments. Example accounts - Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, Fortinet, NetApp, Nutanix etc.

We are looking for individuals with a team first, customer obsessed mentality interested in driving the cloud sales motions, programs, toolsets and strategic software/services partnerships to ensure Intel relevance in a future where cloud is integral to our customer success.

As a commissioned Field Sales Executive, you will lead the sales motions in your accounts focusing on the value proposition of Intel Hardware for Cloud Services in Networking and Storage segment.

Your main objective is to drive Intel Revenue growth in your set of accounts, identify and develop new opportunities, and ultimately meet or exceed assigned annual quotas and KPIs.

This is a highly impactful role that will give you the opportunity to define and execute a cloud sales strategy with active collaboration with the Global Partner Scale Team, the Data Center Product Group and other key internal stakeholders.

Candidates must have sales and cloud experience, technical acumen, and knowledge of the cloud ISV landscape in Networking and Storage segments.

Who We Are:

  • We are the Billing Accounts Group within the US Country Sales organization - Team US.

  • We drive the direct billing revenue for Team US, and are responsible for the majority of the revenue driven through LOEMs - leading local original equipment manufacturers who design and develop cutting edge platforms and solutions on IA, across all Intel major Business Units.

  • We are direct, action oriented, and we do not play politics. We say what we do and do what we say.

Who You Are:

  • A passionate Sales Executive with technical expertise, strong knowledge in HW and SW architecture, Data Center and Networking/Storage space. Must be familiar with SDN, NFV, Edge/Core, Storage Hierarchy

  • You possess extensive experience in customer facing technical influence roles, and you have a demonstrated track record of overachieving your targets and delivering exceptional performance.

  • Knowledge of the ISV players, solutions, and product offerings within the cloud with a grasp of how Intel products and engineering efforts support them

  • Strong customer skills with ability to engage new and legacy customers and partners, own senior relationships

  • Excel at managing thru ambiguity, define strategic direction and translate into actionable initiatives that drive measurable results

  • Cross-functional team leadership and influence/matrix skills

  •  High energy and a tireless work ethic - you will need it


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Technical Sales, Account Executive or similar customer facing experience or business administration

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or other related field

  • Cloud sales experience, technical Sales, Account Executive or similar customer facing experience
