What Youll Do

We need a Sales Executive who is creative and strives to innovate in the world of Cloud Collaboration offerings and Service Provider solutions. Using our Web-ex Calling, Meetings, UCM Cloud, HCS, Webex Contact Center, video endpoint and adjunct solutions, youll help define the positioning and drive the value propositions with the AT&T sales and product leadership to the end customer enterprise and commercial market segments. To deliver the most compelling value proposition and Service creation ideas, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate on strategies, solutions, supply chain concepts, financial forecasts, offer packages, pricing, and volume purchase proposals.

  • You will be expected to build sales plan and pipeline for the collaboration portfolio:
  • Lead Sales role for unified communications revenue stream
  • Lead Sales efforts for Webex calling, UCM Cloud, HCS Flex, Webex Contact Cetner MPP, Headsets, Web-ex edge and other Collaboration BU products
  • Lead Sales for assisting in the migration of the existing customer base and new customer acquisition, strategy process to move on premise customers to the subscription based Cisco Cloud offerings
  • You will be responsible for owning existing and new revenue streams for the suite of collaboration offerings across the AT&T/Cisco portfolio
  • You will drive internal cloud services opportunities
  • You will lead funnel and direct selling activities- with all Sf.dc reporting and revenue/ booking objectives
  • You will be measured against forecast accuracy and sales results with a defined sales quota.
  • You will be the primary interface for Sales Leadership teams and lead for Cisco Cloud selling events and partner trade show events covering these solutions.
  • You will be focused in supporting AT&Ts Product Management interface to the BU:
  • Primary interface to AT&T Product Management, sales leaders
  • Lead roadmap discussions and service evolution
  • Own support for all services: Billing, and technical
  • You will help lead AT&Ts end customer support and migration:
  • Contract ownership and administration
  • Customer advocate into Cisco business units for issue resolution
  • Customer lead for maintenance and outage support

Who You Are

Both your clients and your teammates consider you an honest, innovative, eloquent leader and passionate for sales success and long term relationship selling. As a result, you have a proven track record of developing and winning multimillion dollar commercial and architectural contract agreements, and you can program manage complex, global initiatives.

At minimum, we expect you to have a BA/BS, 5-10 years experience delivering enterprise or SP communications services, sales support, solution development, or business development results. You should also have a working knowledge of Ciscos BroadCloud & Webex Calling Collaboration Portfolio and the Americas Service Provider marketplace. You have a proven track of pursuing and handling large client relationships and recurring revenue businesses in excess of $5M per year. You have the ability to work in a matrixed organization and effectively navigate complex sales scenarios.

You have content creation and communications skills that enable you to simplify complex concepts and effectively build compelling stories, programs, and offers internally and externally.
