**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ In collaboration with the Director of Business Operations support the development of strategic sourcing decisions for projects taking into consideration the level of quality, customer service, delivery reliability, capabilities and cost of operations while balancing Clinical Supply Packaging (CSP) workload by phase of development, therapeutic area, portfolio needs and deliverables, type of operations and cost

+ Lead demand forecasting and planning meetings as Planning Lead to review external workload and support scheduling and planning by setting priorities in partnership with GCS business lines, Quality Assurance (QA) and Qualified Persons (QP) in alignment with Pfizer portfolio

+ Support Clinical Supply Packaging (CSP), Clinical Resource Sourcing Strategy (CRSS), Clinical Supply Strategy Management (CSSM) and other business lines with purchase orders including review quotes, manage associated documents and resolve discrepancies

+ Manage documents associated with POs such as quote or Statement of Work (SOW) and ensure proper signature is obtained and documents are attached to the purchase requisition, extend end dates and/or close purchase orders as needed

+ Support Clementine processes and Clementine data accuracy including maintaining packaging data, updating fields adding purchase order details, creating reports and other duties as required

+ Working with the Director of Business Operations and Business Intelligence colleagues increase productivity by developing automated reports, create new and maintain existing reports to support vendor specific master plans, budget, packaging costs, forecasting, including analyzing reconciliation of planned vs. actual spend

+ Responsible for supporting operational reporting by gathering monthly metrics to track vendor performance, discrepancies, packaging cost, and other as needed

+ Support various project as assigned including supporting Axis 360, forecasting, budget analysis, and other process improvement projects to further strengthen portfolio planning and forecasting practices and to optimize alignment of workstream schedules for projects, resource assignment, processes, cycle time reduction and other initiatives across the organization

+ Make recommendations for reporting improvements and process optimization by analyzing and interpreting past results, performing analysis, identifying trends and early indicators to further strengthening portfolio planning and forecasting practices and

+ Build collaborative partnership with business partners to identify best practices, market intelligence and portfolio events and business contingency practices to further enhance GCS Planning and Forecasting practices



**QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent with Pharmaceutical industry experience

+ 2-3 years of work experience with managing project. Pharmaceutical Clinical Supplies experience and data analytical skills are a plus

+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/requests simultaneously under time constraints across global time zones and meet deadlines in a professional manner

+ Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to eectively manage customer relations

+ Must be detail-oriented, team player, self-motivated, creative and persuasive

+ Microsoft Office and Excel skills, Data Base, Spotfire Reporting, Tableau, Dashboards, Business Intelligence reports and/or other environment experience is preferred

+ Strong planning, prioritization and organization skills with high attention to detail

+ Experience with Ariba Spend Management or other related procurement tools is a plus
