The Clinical QA Analyst's primary role is to create end-to-end test scripts, executing and managing all activities in the script to ensure that all objectives are met. This position will ensure that testing is well defined, planned and executed by ensuring that every phase and feature of the program is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live. In this role, the QA Analyst will work collaboratively with the content, product, development, quality, clinical, and user experience teams to support the goals and objectives of the content for the different clinical programs in the Vivify software. This role reports to the Director of Content Management, and as directed, the role will be focused on, but not exclusively limited to, the activities outlined below.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

€ Create, maintain, and execute end-to-end test scripts associated with new and existing clinical programs.

€ Create high quality documentation including screenshots based on QA testing to clearly communicate to the team what was tested and what needs resolution.

€ Collaborate with the team to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.

€ Analyze, implement and troubleshoot high-quality digital content associated with rules and pathway logic.

€ Ensure that testing is well defined, planned and executed by ensuring that every phase and feature of the program is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live

€ Manage assigned projects to completion and meet goals, timeline, and budget.

€ Take on other responsibilities as our team/clients' needs evolve.

Desired Skills and Experience

€ Bachelor's degree or equivalent education / experience.

€ 3+ years' experience in relevant QA technical knowledge and or experience.

€ Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.

€ Preferred experience with healthcare software.

€ Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

€ Excellent communication skills, comfortable communicating in a professional tone to people in person and over the phone.

€ Strong ability to communicate complex content, processes, and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.

€ Exceptional organization skills, very detail oriented, and perform well under deadlines.

€ Excellent computer and technology knowledge and skills.

€ Possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
