The Clinic Integration Manager ensures the implementation of policies, procedures and operating guidelines of the WellMed organization. Carries out the approved project plan established for integration, maintaining all budget and time restraints. Works closely with operational partners, including training teams, to provide successful clinic integration.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Identify gaps in operational structure and function between current and desired state
  • ""
  • Engage appropriate resources to provide training, tools and support to clinic team to reach desired stated
  • ""
  • Provide support and serves as on-going resource to the clinic to ensure performance targets are met
  • ""
  • Identify risk issues that impact successful integration of the clinic and engage proper resources to ensure resolution
  • ""
  • Ensure engagement of entire market team in successful transition of the clinic to the defined desired state
  • ""
  • Ensure integration timelines are met in accordance with the approved project plan
  • ""
  • Maintain and build relationships across business groups
  • ""
  • Assist clinic staff in defining appropriate workflows based on introduction of new processes
  • ""
  • Provide input into engagement decisions, including work plan, timeline and resource allocation

Required Qualifications:

    ""
  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field (4+ additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree)
  • ""
  • 4+ years in the healthcare field, with an emphasis in clinic operations or staff training and development
  • ""
  • Management System, Clinic Operations and related systems experience
  • ""
  • Knowledge of organization policies and procedures and ability to read, interpret and apply
  • ""
  • Knowledge of and skills with tools used in Healthcare Operations: EMR, Practice
  • ""
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time
  • ""
  • This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctors diagnosis of disease
  • ""
  • You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role
  • ""
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained

  • Managerial experience within a clinic setting
