Client Solutions Specialist perform functions supporting customers and supply chain which includes managing orders, returns, deductions and communicating issues to internal and external customers and other customer service-related special projects. Work daily with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure customer needs are met. Provide weekly updates on order statuses for replenishment orders, key shipment and programs. Assist PMO and internal Wilton Groups on special projects and stretch assignments.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Managing orders from the point of order entry through pricing, inventory fill and delivery requirements.
  • Managing deductions (includes research, disputing, reporting, clearing) in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:
  • 2-3 years experience handling multiple accounts, including major customers, in a corporate environment
  • A college degree is preferred, although quality experience will be considered

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • A customer-service orientation and a friendly/outgoing personality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast pace pressured environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, think independently, and be persistent in bringing issues to conclusion
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MSWord and MS Outlook.
  • Previous experience with order management and EDI systems/processes; JD Edwards experience is a plus

Physical Demands/Work Requirements:
  • The physical requirements are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position
  • Occasional travel to Romeoville distribution center for Supply Chain meetings or tours. Occurs less than 3% of time.
