This position will work within Government Programs Pharmacy and more specially with the Medicaid benefit. AClient Services Specialiston this team will conduct research and analysis in regard to pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefits. Troubleshoot issues within the health plan. Assist Care/Case Managers with pharmacy related issues or concerns. Provide support to the Pharmacy Manager and Director. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a role with non-retail hours and no weekend or holiday shifts.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am-5:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1111 3rd Avenue Seattle, WA 98101.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma /GED (or higher)
  • ""
  • 5+ years of Pharmacy related experience
  • ""
  • Current, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician licensure
  • ""
  • Moderate proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application
  • ""
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • ""
  • Available to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required according to the needs of the business
  • ""
  • Prior stable work experience
  • ""
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
  • ""
  • Continued employment is contingent upon successful Pharmacy Technician licensing and registration as required
  • ""
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
