* Strong understanding and continued research of a variety of financial products

* Strong time management skills with the capacity to work with multiple Financial Advisors, branch offices, and clients to balance priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to ensure a high standard of accuracy.

* Ambitious self-starter comfortable identifying and creating opportunities for efficiency

* Strong computer skills and an aptitude to quickly learn new software

Key Responsibilities

* Complete complex account processing activities such as insurance, estates, ESRP/401K, distributions, small businesses interactions, asset/cash transfers, portfolio construction/rebalancing, cost basis, and trade processing within Allowable Activities

* Execution of simple account processing activities, including fees, margin loans, RMD's, education accounts, transfers, and SWPS

* Broaden client relationships through identifying and sharing assets in portfolio reviews with Financial Advisor

* Assist in client information management to create, open, maintain and update accounts, including data entry, filing, and notes

* Use multiple resources and processes to provide solutions making appropriate and timely decisions while understanding and identifying potential risks

* Educate clients about services that make it easy to do business with Edward Jones (examples may include e-delivery, WebEx, Online Access, etc.)

*Job requirements *
High School Diploma/Equivalent required
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in finance, related field or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of financial services industry preferred
