Program Overview 

The Cisco CX Talent Incubation Program (CTIP) is a talent development pipeline for non-traditional candidates interested in developing their networking skills and obtaining the highly technical, client-facing role of a Technical Consulting Engineer within Ciscos Customer Experience (CX) organization 


Program Details 

As a participant in the Cisco Talent Incubation Program, you will learn foundational networking skills aligned with the Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) certification, apply your knowledge in a virtual lab environment and receive training & mentorship from some of the industrys brightest minds who will help challenge and develop your skills.  


Program dates for the upcoming cohort are September 20, 2021 March 1, 2022. This is a self-paced, unpaid incubation program typically requiring 25% - 35% of a participants time. While this program is primarily remote, there are three full-day, on-site events that are required for successful completion of the program. 


Full-time Technical Consulting Engineer positions that could be offered to successful candidates at the end of the CTIP program will have a work location of Richardson, Texas.
