Qualifications Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.

- BS/BA, MS/MA, Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, or Electrical and Computer Engineering
- Demonstrated record of successful research and/or applied research
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong written and spoken communications/presentation skills.
- Understanding of modern software and hardware design implementation techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of wireless systems and networking.
- Experience working with government funding agencies and program managers
Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for formulating, developing and leading government research and applied research projects. This position presents a great opportunity for experienced researchers that are looking to work on challenging, cutting edge technology across diverse areas.
- Formulate, develop and lead new programs in the areas of cyber-security, wireless networking, sensor networks, Internet of Things, 5G, machine learning.
- Mentor junior technical staff members
- Perform technical writing including proposals, technical papers, and reports
- Give presentations and briefing to customers
- Provide project direction, oversight and feedback to assigned project staff.
