An oasis away from the airport hustle, the elite **1st class, premium airport lounges** has become synonymous with comfort and elegance at major airports throughout the world. **Grow your culinary career!** We are seeking **Chef Manager** candidates with prior culinary supervisory/management skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team at JFK Airport. This operation is a premium 3-tieredlounge that services international, long-haul travelers and offers top-tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings.

**The successful candidate will:**

+ be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking;

+ supervision of large-scale batch cooking;

+ ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;

+ have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;

+ ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or

+ have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
