A high profile, high volume Sodexo Corporate Services account with high expectations from our clients, customers, and organization located in beautiful Humacao, Puerto Rico-  is looking for a \u201cHands On\u201d Chef Manager who is able to become part of a high energy team, who is laser focused, creative and imaginative with a discriminatory eye for detail, sanitation and excellent business acumen to be our Culinary Leader. This person will have prior experience managing a diverse \u201crestaurant service\u201d style operation with proven results.  Candidates must understand the importance of providing an excellent customer culinary experience each day and will be capable of making decisions that best reflect Sodexo, and most importantly our client.  This position will report directly to the Area General Manager and works directly with the Sr. Culinary Director to ensure smooth dining service at this outstanding account.  The position is high impact, high volume that is responsible for high volume Cafe operations, Catering.  The projected start time for this position is May 2021.

Position Summary

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables.  May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

Key Duties- Executes the culinary function.- Customer & Client satisfaction.- Handles administrative functions. 



Qualifications & Requirements
