**Sodexo** is currently seekinga **Chef Manager** for **** the **Mack Boulevard Building** in **Allentown, PA** .The **Mack Boulevard** building is home to administrative offices for several departments of Lehigh Valley Health Network. **Allentown** is the fastest growing major city in Pennsylvania and just a short drive away from the "City of Brotherly Love", Philadelphia, PA.


The **Chef Manager** will support a team of frontline culinary associates and be responsible for all **back of the house operations in retail and catering.**

**The successful candidate will:**


+ have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;

+ has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;

+ has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

+ can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and

+ can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

**Position Summary**


Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

**Qualifications & Requirements**


Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
