What You'll Do

If you thrive in running a large portfolio of projects across multiple functions, to deliver value to partners, then this could be a fit for you. Responsibilities include:

  • Build change management, communications, branding, and training strategy in alignment with the business strategy and program roadmap
  • Run, assess, and prioritize the business ability to absorb and embrace the overall user experience before, during and post-implementation
  • Build a change plan to align with the global, and regional operations roles and responsibilities
  • Drive partner engagement, communication, governance, cadence, and alignment of accountabilities through deliberate and intentional communication strategies with the support of the PM
  • Work with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to assess, define and validate what needs to be learned at a personal level to meet the success criteria of the program
  • Act as the voice of, and advocate for, the customer in order to collect functionality gaps, champion improvements, and uncover co-design opportunities and barriers to adoption.
  • Develop, build, and deliver detailed communication plans and content.
  • Be in charge of communications processes, governance, and cadence.
  • Organize and execute events, social, dot com, and web presence. Prepare Newsletters, Blogs, .com Pages, Marketing Assets, VoDs, etc
  • Design a holistic strategy for training that is a combination of instructor-led, train-the-trainer, and self-service content for workflow changes, which will require a global and/or regional operations strategy.
  • Customize, curate, and deliver training content in partnership with the product owner team.
  • Design simple self-service videos or content for feature-level changes that require an explanation of how the change will work in the future and demonstrate no impact or effect on the workflow.
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Support release management and go/no-go recommendations.
  • Identify, manage, and track change, adoption metrics & analytics.

Who You'll Work With

Customer and Partner Services (CPS) is part of the Operations organization at Cisco. This organization is responsible for running Cisco's Quote to Cash operations and support for Customers and Partners. We are also responsible for the Sales Crediting and Compensation for Sales and Partners.

The CPS Transformation Organization is at the forefront of Ciscos digital transformation to new business models. Seller, Partner and Commerce Experience (SPACE) leads this transformation and evolution of Plan to Sell processes, policies & capabilities across all offers, buying models, route to markets and selling motions.

Who You Are

You are able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. You're organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. You work effectively at all levels in an organization and can engage and coordinate multiple priorities with cross-functional business teams. You take initiative and are self-driven.

  • B.S. or equivalent experience. A certified professional is a plus
  • 7+ years of work experience within a Change Management, Training, Communications
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • History of accomplishments and initiative delivery. Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
  • Power to influence peers, managers and executives, driving towards a decision while managing ambiguity
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills
  • Process and functional aptitude to quickly learn and assimilate to new information
  • Influences the stakeholders in the assessment, planning, and management of complex implementation.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience with Smartsheets, Tableau, Powtoon, OneMob, Adobe Captivate, Domo or other similar applications is plus
