What You'll Do

You will build change management, communications, branding, and training strategy in alignment with the business strategy and program roadmap. You will also handle, assess, and prioritize the businesss ability to absorb, grasp, and overall user experience before, during and post-implementation. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate a change plan to align with the global, and regional operations roles and responsibilities
  • Drive engagement, communication, governance, cadence, and alignment of accountabilities through deliberate and intentional communication strategies with the support of the PM.
  • Work with Product Owners and Business Analyst to assess, define and validate what needs to be learned at a personal level to meet the success criteria of the program. Act as the voice of, and advocate for, the customer in order to gain functionality gaps, improvements, and uncover co-design opportunities and barriers to adoption.
  • Develop, build, and deliver detailed communication plans and content.
  • Handle communications processes, governance, cadence, execute events, social, dot com, and web presence. Prepare Newsletters, Blogs, .com Pages, Marketing Assets, VoDs, etc., while crafting a holistic strategy for: training, which is a combination of instructor-led, train-the-trainer, and self-service content for workflow changes. This will require a global and/or regional operations strategy. Customize, curate, and deliver training content in partnership with the product owner team.

You'll design simple self-service videos or content for feature-level changes that require an explanation of how the change will work in the future and demonstrate no impact or effect on the workflow.

You'll also consult and coach project team, support release management and go/no-go recommendations and identify, handle, and track change, adoption metrics & analytics.

Customer and Partner Services (CPS) is part of the Operations organization at Cisco. This organization is responsible for running Cisco's Quote to Cash operations and support for Customers and Partners. We are also responsible for the Sales Crediting and Compensation for Sales and Partners.

We are at the forefront of Ciscos digital transformation. Seller, Partner and Commerce Experience (SPACE) leads this transformation and evolution of Plan to Sell processes, policies & capabilities across all offers, buying models, route to markets and selling motions.

Who You Are

If you thrive in handling a large portfolio of projects across multiple functions, to deliver value to partners, then this could be a fit for you. Minimum qualifications include:

  • B.S. or equivalent experience
  • A certified professional is a plus
  • 7+ years of work experience within a Change Management, Training, Communications.
  • Strong understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • History of accomplishments and initiative delivery. The ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
  • Power to influence peers, managers and executives, driving towards a decision while handling ambiguity
  • You take initiative and are ambitious
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to engage and coordinate multiple priorities with cross-functional business teams
  • Process and functional aptitude to quickly learn and assimilate to new information
  • Influential within the assessment, planning, and management of complex implementation.
  • Experience with large organizational change efforts.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Application experience (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with Smartsheets, Tableau, PowerPoint, Powtoon, OneMob, Adobe Captivate, Domo or other similar applications is plus
