Cox Communications is searching for a Change Management Analyst who will be responsible for working with internal business groups on reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to achieve successful implementation of varying levels of change management initiatives throughout enterprise. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: change management, business process analysis, communications, and process-driven requirements. You need the ability to thrive in grey space, enjoy simplifying the inevitably complex, and, above all, enjoy working with and through others to deliver and win!


*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: *



- Creates, analyzes, and summarizes individual and enterprise impacts of change management initiatives including new people, process and technology efforts.

- Develops content through standard and innovative solutions for delivery of presentations and training courses.

- Analyzes existing processes and ongoing deployment efforts to ensure organization success and adoption.

- Authors job aides, change implementation content, and other formalized documents based on business requirements.

- Develops policies and procedures in support of change management focused solutions.

- Creates communications using standardized applications for deployment of changes and key initiatives supporting field enablement.

- Calculates risk analysis for quantitative view of initiatives as it relates to the local teams and business.

- Develops metrics that provide data for deployment measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Evaluates existing processes to prepare OSP for deployments and project support.

- Provides consultation on techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

- Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.

- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams including regional change management support organization.

- Understands the interdependent architectures, systems and services between multiple functional areas in the Field and at Corporate.

- Successfully builds and manages relationships between various field and corporate contacts to fully meet their business process and change management needs.

- Performs analysis of technical and business processes to highlight areas of opportunities and recommendations for implementation.

- Understands the implications and applications of emerging technologies along with non-technical processes.

- Builds, analyzes, and summarizes post-launch activities to provide business recommendations while enabling a dynamic environment for improved user experience.



Qualifications: *Minimum: *


- 1-3 years of experience in related field (i.e. Change management, process improvement, project management, Engineering, Technical Operations) or academic equivalent training or projects

- Working knowledge of Construction processes or related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows based applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio)

- Ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information through various mediums


*Preferred:*

- BS/BA degree in related discipline (i.e. Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical degree)

- Experience in telecommunications industry

- Lean Six Sigma certification
