Data & Analytics*

The Data & Analytics Change Lead will continuously mature the area's communications and change management strategy, infrastructure and capabilities, in alignment with the firm's overall change strategy and integrated into the firm change network. The Change Lead III position will be responsible for:


* Lead the strategy and execution of change management for the cross-functional groups of teams within Data & Analytics (D&A).

* Manage the area's communication channels; coordinate and guide content to ensure consistency and efficiency (SharePoint site, leader memos, feedback loops, etc).

* Evolve the change and communications strategy for D&A so that it continues to meet the needs of the organization and results in associates and stakeholders feeling informed, understood, secure and in-control.

* Lead the application of the firm's change management process and tools throughout the area.

* Provide change management guidance, coaching, and mentoring to change leaders, business leader(s), program/project leaders and senior leaders to achieve objectives for adoption, utilization, and proficiency, and change risk mitigation.

* Identify measures of successful adoption, utilization, proficiency, and change risk mitigation in consultation with sponsor, business leader(s), program/project leaders and firm change team.

* Partner with the firm change team and firm change network to identify and assess risks, issues, and opportunities with impacts for stakeholders related to other change underway.

* Estimate resources needed for change efforts and partner with D&A leaders and HR to secure and onboard appropriate resources.

* Effectively execute stakeholder management and communication throughout the life of and effort.

*Position Requirements:*

* 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required

* Strong written and verbal communication skills required

* Prosci Certification (Change Management Certification) required within 6 months of hire

* Change management or related experience on complex projects is strongly preferred

* Ability to represent perspectives of internal and external stakeholders and at all levels in the organization.

* Previous experience with direct or indirect people leadership preferred.

* Ability to skill-up quickly on a given topic.

* Ability to navigate with little direction and adapt to change in an ever-changing environment.

* Ability to lead without authority.
