This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. Support day to day operation of all warehouse functions including Loading next day sales routes, inbound and outbound transportation, Chilled items, Replenishment of warehouse etc. Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities: Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices Provide feedback to the Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders Track each load and accurately count all pallets Maintain pace of pallet configuration Make sure loads are sealed, stable, secured, and accounted for Works with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure loading accuracy and Inventory security is held to the highest standard Work in a safe manner Identify priorities and coordinate resources Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers Recommend process improvements Coordinate picker and loader team Working in a cold box environment for an extended amount of timePotential hours: Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 11 am - 7 pm (but need to be flexible with coverages). Friday and Sunday off.
