Direct a scrum team(as an experiencedCertified Scrum Master)based at NRL-SSC.Exhibit expert working knowledgeofJira,Bitbucket, possiblyJiraAlign (forfuturemigration), Confluence.Helpfulto haveknowledge ofJava, Docker, Jenkins,JUnit, Robot Framework, RabbitMQ,andsome familiarity with METOC / Oceanography within geospatial contexts.Musthave enough software knowledge to understand and help vet / decompose features and be able to properly document and track stories.That is,haveenoughsoftwarebackground to understand what's going on to translate and track issues inJira.Communicateregularlywith other scrum masters in the enterprise(SAFeenvironment)and communicate key informationback to theNRLteam.
