Position Summary:

This position is to drive payer engagement efficiency and effectiveness through optimizing internal cross function collaboration, establish cooperation model based on the access needs (NRDL/NN/VBP), promote consensus and alignment, tools development for process excellence. To facilitate trust partnership establishment with external payers, including NHSA and affiliates institute, associations, and payer related experts' groups, through establish projects, especially those that endorsed by government and policies.


Provided payer insights and created payer engagement process and proposals by conducting payer analysis, coordinating all functions and aligning all operations with a thorough understanding of access requirements.

Manage the communication to payer and related multi-stakeholders and internal partners to enable the interaction and ensure the strategy and action alignment on NRDL/NN/VBP.

Build up strong relationship with policy makers and payers at national level on NRDL/NN and VBP, and develop strategic engagement programs with authorities, associations, experts to achieve favorable policy environment for PBG products

Maintain a smooth internal and external communication platform to ensure timely and effective communication of payer information and feedback, and jointly create a payer engagement conducive to NRDL/NN/VBP.

Conducted visits to payer and related key stakeholders and worked out solutions for the optimization of payer engagement to deliver access value proposition.

Implement other tasks or projects assigned by line manager.

Accomplish every assignments strictly comply with PBG regulations of compliance and legal.


Bachelor's degree required. A Master's degree in Pharmaceutical administration, pharmacy, public policy, public health, MPA or MBA is preferable.

5 years or above relevant or similar working experience, MNCs' background is preferred;

Hands-on experience on stakeholder engagement. Understands the administrative procedures, guidelines and working models of NRDL/NN/VBP.

Proven project management and execution capabilities

Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage across multiple functions

Ability to deal with ambiguity and handle risk and uncertainty

Strong analytical ability and organizational ability

Self-confidence, self-driven, with positive attitude

Highly motivated and independent. Strong sense of teamwork. Result-driven.
