We need an experience product manager coach to lead the strategic design, build and execution of our Spire product strategy and roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Responsible for the Spire product roadmap which will deliver over $16M annual in benefit
  • ""
  • Identify and deliver the services, functions, and solutions needed for service advocates to handle all provider issues and questions using the Spire product
  • ""
  • Work with Transformation Office leadership to design an overarching product strategy
  • ""
  • Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with Spire development initiatives
  • ""
  • Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across multiple areas including technology, marketing, and service operations
  • ""
  • Review product performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance
  • ""
  • Coordinates and influences the daily activities of business support, technical or production teams (scrum teams) who deliver the features and user stories in Spire
  • ""
  • Work with developers, architects and product owners to ensure full understanding of requirements and design
  • ""
  • Act as the liaison between Business, Engineering Teams and project management groups
  • ""
  • Contribute to prioritize of items within the individual product backlogs; define capabilities, features and user stories which will be groomed with the scrum teams
  • ""
  • Collaborates with other capability managers and product owners to ensure common, enterprise understanding of business needs, requirements and acceptance criteria
  • ""
  • Prepare and communicate program and product level status reporting to key constituents, stakeholders, governance counsels and executive team
  • ""
  • Develop broad knowledge of the assigned business customers and processes utilizing Spire
  • ""
  • Provides subject matter expertise in areas including product development, end user experience, program specifications, and staffing projections
  • ""
  • Work with matrix partners (e.g. finance, operations, implementation) to ensure the product development is effectively and efficiently delivering on the value promise of existing solutions
  • ""
  • Prioritizes multiple demands and ideas based on available resources
  • ""
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
  • ""
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with the urgency to drive work forward
  • ""
  • Navigates and influences multiple cross - functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
  • ""
  • May manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • ""
  • Certified Agile Product Manager, Coach or Scrum Master
  • ""
  • 2+ years of Agile Development and/or Product Owner experience
  • ""
  • Experience in managing multiple project initiatives across multiple teams
  • ""
  • Experience in writing Features and User Stories
  • ""
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing
  • ""
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • ""

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
