Citis Graduate Recruitment & Program Management Team is seeking a Campus Recruiting Marketing Manager to work closely with the campus recruiters and global recruitment marketing team. This role has a close working partnership with the NAM campus recruiters, University Relations, and Campus Diversity Teams who are responsible for designing and delivering campus recruitment strategies. This role also has a close working partnership with the global recruitment marketing team and global counterparts.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for influencing the global campus marketing strategy and implementing the NAM-wide marketing and social media recruitment campaign. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Partner with graduate recruitment, University Relations, Campus Diversity, Early Career Learning, and recruiting teams, to shape the global campus marketing strategy and act as the NAM expert.

+ Develop and implement the online marketing and social media campaign supporting programs and specific university recruitment strategies in partnership with the University Relations, Campus Diversity Team and Campus Recruiters

+ Responsible for developing and maintaining NAM marketing materials in line with the global campus recruitment campaign (i.e. firmwide presentations, flyers, branded emails, promotional items, videos).

+ Lead on some virtual recruitment activities (i.e. concept to execution).

+ Point of contact for external campus market knowledge and bring regional expertise to the global team.

+ Implement marketing strategies for attracting diverse candidates to Citi.

+ Take part in promotional activities and on-campus marketing events.

+ Liaise with vendors and vendor management to negotiate terms through processing invoices (i.e. marketing, media suppliers, research companies).

+ Assist in the planning and support the delivery of enhanced firm-wide events (i.e. offer reception, firm-wide campus events, develop speaking points for senior leaders).

+ Actively participate in the communication planning to internal and external key stakeholders.

+ Assist in preparing responses for publications on behalf of the Head of Campus Recruitment for NAM.

+ Ensure messaging on different marketing tools are refreshed regularly and kept relevant (i.e. website, social media channels).

+ Manage Marketing budget on an annual basis to ensure proper funding and resources are allocated.

+ Manage giveaways and promotional items ordered for entire GRPM recruiting and program management efforts on an annual basis

+ Partnering to execute on Summer Internship experiences from a marketing standpoint content creation, communications

+ Obtain appropriate approvals for marketing materials and ensure correct branding is used through Global Public Affairs

The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with experience in campus recruiting, event planning, communications or marketing. Should also have:

+ Strong knowledge of marketing practices, virtual engagement techniques, and social media

+ Knowledge of financial services industry

+ Strong social media technology knowledge

+ Desire to be in a client-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in recruiting

+ Collaborative and relationship driven with demonstrated creativity

+ Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment

+ Strong time management skills, organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail

+ Strong technical skills, including significant experience using PowerPoint and excel

+ Must possess strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication

+ Must be able to multitask and bring projects through to completion

+ Must be able to influence, negotiate and consult

+ Must be able to work cross teams and collaborate effectively

+ Strong project management, editing, proofreading, creative problem-solving skills and ability to act independently

+ Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization

+ Campus recruiting or HR experience a plus
