Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze call center data and recommend solutions that drive performance results
  • ""
  • Provide support in the preparation of quarterly forecasts working directly with finance and other partners to drive savings and efficiency
  • ""
  • Partner with clients to provide initial forecasting for new projects and initiatives
  • ""
  • Partner with clients to design analyze and recommend impactful reporting/forecasting
  • ""
  • Create and utilize data to provide current trending and expected performance to assist in project initiative success
  • ""
  • Communicate with all levels of management to provide direction and/or results of resources and performance
  • ""
  • Prepare and distribute monthly performance reporting
  • ""
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis that enables strong understanding of the business performance
  • ""
  • Apply exceptional communication and partnering skills to effectively forecast staffing to achieve long term goals
  • ""
  • Model the organizational culture and values

Required Qualifications:

    ""
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • ""
  • 2+ years of call center forecasting experience or reporting experience in any industry
  • ""
  • 1+ years of experience trending and analyzing data
  • ""
  • Advanced Excel
  • ""
  • Intermediate+ level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • ""
