What You'll Do

We have a phenomenal opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst that wants to apply & grow their technical and functional skills as they plan, define, design, and implement new Partner Lifecycle & Relationship Management capabilities for our clients in the Channel Partner & Customer Experience organizations. You would play a critical role in the team, defining system processes for, and guiding the tactical execution of our development teams. Responsibilities would include:

  • Engaging with business sponsors, business architects, operational teams and domain specialists to operationalize new Partner Lifecycle & Enablement functions based on in-house and cloud based compensation platforms
  • Analyzing complex business problems and collaborating with Technical Architects and Development Leads to define and document current and future state capabilities and features
  • Understand impact of requirements to business processes and technical ecosystem, build and maintain user stories and solution blueprints
  • Work with internal and external project teams to implement standard and custom functionalities in home-grown as well as platform-based solutions like Oracle, SFDC or similar Partner Relationship Management platforms
  • Working with multi-functional teams to explore inbound & outbound integrations by creating logical models and data flows. Having prior experience in working on data integration projects will be a plus
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues raised by users about setup, onboarding & enablement by investigating the underlying tools, data structures and reports
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to find areas of improvement and growth.
  • Helping to manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams, and reporting status to managers and business partners
  • Communicate business requirements to technical and non-technical team members
  • Balance multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication

On a daily & weekly basis you will interact with key business partners in Channel related Sales, Legal, Finance, Business Operations, and Customer/Partner Experience teams. You will align the work you're doing with the Project Leadership Team and major multi-functional programs related to Recurring Revenue Growth, Partner Experience and New Routes to Market. In addition, you will work with the Business and Technical Architecture Groups, Product Owners, Development Team leads, Business System Analysts, Release Train Engineers and Leads from Enterprise Release Management Office along with technical and functional leaders responsible for Sales & Partner Operations within DES

Our minimum requirements are as follows:

  • 8+ years of professional experience as an IT/ Business Analyst or other technical role.
  • An understanding of Partner Relationship Management functions, ideally with experience in a Sales/Channel facing IT organization
  • Experience in implementing CRM/PRM solutions from start to finish. Experience with Oracle, Salesforce platform or other similar platforms is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and client management skills
  • Able to display good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experienced in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and tools, including design and operations
  • Ability to establish relationships with on-site and remote colleagues
  • Lead and maintain an agile partnership between business, operations, and IT
  • Experienced in facilitating estimation sessions and value driven decision making
  • Proficiency in understanding business functions, processes and data related to Sales & Channels, and the ability to cleanly articulate them to others
  • Demonstrable ability to work under tight deadlines and with on-site and offshore teams
  • Experience driving strategy across multiple internal and external clients
  • Develop and coach product managers to develop products with a deep knowledge of data, industry trends, customer need and business goals
