Responsibilities

Provides expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the business plan and industry requirements. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, call center management and human resources systems. Works independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application of various systems. Devises and/or modifies procedures to solve technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the HUD HITS Access Management Team. This team is responsible for the administration of the Digital Identity Access Management System (DIAMS) application that provides a centralized, automated functionality to manage the many digital identities that interact with HUDs IT environment. DIAMS provides a central repository and web-based portal that stores and allows central management of core digital identification, credential and access management (ICAM) data elements.

Qualifications

Requires 0 to 2 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years no degree.

Must be willing to research and study to understand the HUD Business and Workflows

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Customer Focused / Customer Facing (remotely)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

Compile and Create PowerPoint Presentations

Attention to Detail and Follow-through skills

Ability to Successfully Coordinate and Run Meetings

Conduct Large Group Training Sessions with the Customer (Remotely)

Responsible for End User UAT (User Acceptance Testing) You will perform this training and also work with customers and internal teams who are doing the UAT Testing.

Team Player work closely with DIAMS Application Technical Team (i.e. one task in this area is you will make recommendations for improvements for the end users.)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

Responsible for creating/updating DIAMS Users Guides
