Auto req ID: 239452BR Job Description The Control & Reporting Business Process Automation Manager will primarily be responsible for leading a team that provides automation solutions to members of the Finance Control team, support larger project initiatives (PGT PepsiCo Global Template) and will provide secondary support to additional teams within PBNA Control, Finance, and Sales Divisions. The successful candidate will support the business in transforming processes and reporting across various teams to increase efficiency, capability, control, and governance of processes and proactively evangelize new technologies and approaches. The candidate will help create business automation solutions using a wide range of new and existing technologies including robotics, analytics, artificial intelligence, web solutions, diverse reporting tools and ETL processes. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities: Support, coordinate, and/or lead accounting productivity and optimization initiatives Development and Governance of new and existing automation solutions Become a subject matter expert in key areas & systems Use knowledge of the business operations to act as a team leader Extensive development experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools such as UiPath (Studio, Studio X) Knowledge of RPA architecture related to UiPath (Orchestrator) Assist with Lean Six Sigma projects to identify pain points/automation opportunities Support Productivity Reporting to Senior Management Provide a high level of service to all internal & external partners Identify areas of opportunity for automation Document all processes, key controls, and desk procedures Support and participate in Lean Six Sigma events Apply todays latest technology to assist in automating and streamlining various accounting processes Manage and update PMO tool with ideations and status changesDetailed Accountabilities Manage a portfolio of automation solutions and be responsible for the delivery of all project tasks and outcomes. Partner with internal customers to assess needs & design solutions to improve efficiencies by automating repetitive processes; improve controls through standardization of workflows and process redesign Lead requirements & scoping sessions with business partners to understand, define and anticipate business needs; create automation and process solutions per business and systems requirements; perform quality assurance reviews & direct stakeholders/customers in quality testing to ensure requirements have been met and design is optimized for functionality and performance Collaborate with team members to define recommended technical solutions, review project plans and make recommendations in accordance with project management best practices, lead technical sessions to increase team skills, and assist with the creation & execution of test plans Manage work request queue in accordance with team PMO policies and meet SLA agreements; ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner; create and manage project plans to ensure work progresses in accordance with PMO guidelines and agreed project timelines; provide regular, formal communication to project stakeholders & management about the status of ongoing initiatives Promote new tools & approaches with customers; clearly articulate benefits of automation to increase the efficiency of routine tasks Engage in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) migration to IT citizen model for the PBNA organization. Lead continuing education seminars/classes on areas of technical expertise#LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements 7-10+ years of prior experience MBA or CPA a plus Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, UiPath, Orchestrator, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Oracle, SAP, HFM, Business Objects Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel VBA/Macro, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop Lean Six Sigma knowledge Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work cross-functionally Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Presentation skills Ability to multi-task Strong team player#LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
