Auto req ID: 239455BR Job Description The Business Process Automation (BPA) team is looking for an Associate Analyst who is data-oriented, analytical and has the intellectual curiosity to understand processes within various functions of PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) Business Process Control Organization. The Process Automation Associate Analyst will be leading various automation initiatives, provide analytics and workgroup solutions that enhance productivity and eliminate or streamline labor intense work. Responsibilities: Manage and provide end-user technical support/troubleshoot and performance-tune BPA applications as necessary by resolving system issues for the ongoing sustainability of business-critical finance-related period-end processes as well as various PBNA functions (sales, marketing, global procurement, etc.); potential for periodic on-call duty supporting existing BPA applications and services Review and update documentation for all application standard operating procedures Partner with internal customers, Sector Headquarters and Division locations to assess needs and design solutions to improve efficiencies by automating repetitive processes; improve controls through standardization of workflows; provide enhanced analytical capabilities; perform complex calculations on large data sets Interact with numerous BPA tools such Robotic Process Automation (RPA) UiPath software and Microsoft Pawer Automate Desktop, Office/Microsoft 365 environment: SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel and/or Access using advanced Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Manage work request queue in accordance with team Project Management Office (PMO) policies and internal ticket tracking Automation Support Center; ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner Collaborate with the team on required day to day support Interact and partner with PBNA RPA Sector CIO on new bot development and/or migrations Participate in continuing education training seminars/classes in areas of technical expertise Qualifications/Requirements Skills & Capabilities: Analytical mindset with the ability to define or identify a problem, generate alternatives or potential solutions, evaluate, select, and implement the best fit solution Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques to support a rapidly changing landscape of customer needs Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Proficient in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the use of various robotic software such as UiPath and/or MS Power Automate Desktop Experienced in Office/Microsoft 365 online environment including the creation of new SharePoint and Team sites using Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow); building custom views and familiarity with available apps Proficient in MS Access and Excel using advanced Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Experience with basic reporting solutions and tools such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau and/or Power BI Knowledge of QuickBase, a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Access/Visio/PowerPoint) Project management skillsEducation & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field 2-5 years of professional experience in either a technical (I/T) department or as a liaison between I/T and Finance Analytical experience or equivalent business intelligence experience in support of the finance or accounting function Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Country: United States State/Province: New York Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
