This position is responsible for assisting in the execution of the department plan, objectives and goals by utilizing the Finance & Accounting (F&A) Process Improvement strategy. The Business Process Analyst III will be responsible for documenting Finance and Accounting processes, executing process improvement projects, assisting with facilitating cross functional process improvement projects, and providing training to project teams and functional areas to assist with the implementation and maintenance of process improvement activities. The senior analyst will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to set responsibilities and manage workloads and provide project updates among multiple engagements. This position is responsible for identifying, communicating, and correcting gaps in process performance and providing guidance to address these gaps.











*Primary Responsibilities*




* Identifies and proposes development, and enhancements to processes and procedures to effectively support customers

* Develops and enhances processes and procedures to effectively manage financial data

* Performs analysis to determine the root cause of problems and issues to determine the best overall solution

* Collaborate and facilitate process implementations with key F&A teams

* Responsible for end-to-end ownership of multiple projects or workstreams

* Manages project schedules, project estimates, KPI/metric dashboards, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers

* Organize and present project information/summaries in a concise, coherent manner through appropriate communication tools and apply the templates, methodologies, tools and technologies supporting the teams portfolio of services to deliver high-value deliverables and results

* Build and maintain strong working relationships within corporate finance as well as other corporate departments

* Educates end-users on available financial tools through training & change management resources

* Facilitate continuous improvement functional training sessions

* Assist in the evolution of the departments supporting infrastructure by evaluating the alternative courses of action; recommending adjustments and improvements; and participating in the Finance and Accounting organizations ongoing transformation into a continuous improvement culture.







Qualifications:
Minimum




* 5+ years of experience required in related field (i.e. Process Design, Finance, Accounting, Continuous Improvement/Six Sigma, Project Management etc.) 3+ with advanced degree.

* Ability to identify and understand issues and develop solutions

* Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and milestones

* Strong organizational and analytical skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization






Preferred




* BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Finance, Business, etc.)

* Knowledge of iGrafx, Oracle Financials, Discoverer, Blackline, and Hyperion Reporting (Sage) strongly preferred

* 2+ years of performing/leading process improvement projects; demonstrating creative, out-of-box thinking and solid project management principles to drive projects to completion.

* Experience in telecommunications industry desired

* Six Sigma Training/Lean certification
