  • Plan, prioritize, organize and complete assigned contractor onboarding tasks following established processes to meet objectives (volume, quality, etc.). """

      • Tasks include: ordering hardware and software; request email account, Cisco Jabber, Global Groups, etc.; secure identified work space (if in-office), telecom and telecommuter connectivity (if telecommuter);.

  • Build strong understanding of a new employees needs to proactively provide solutions and anticipate issues.

  • Complete hardware/software acquisition/disposal.

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • ""
  • 2+ years of business office or administrative assistant experience supporting a team
  • ""
  • Intermediate experience in PowerPoint (create, edit, design) and Excel (create, edit, pivot tables, formulas).
  • ""
  • Must be within a commutable distance to our Duluth, MN, Eden Prairie, MN &Maryland Heights, MO location.
  • ""
  • Experience assessing and troubleshooting intermediate computer and telecom operational problems
  • ""
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • ""
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • ""
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations
