Who you will work with:

Customer & Partner Services (CPS) is part of the larger Cisco Operations organization. CPS provides globally consistent, end-to-end sales and fulfilment services, with partner intimacy at scale. We transform our operations to accelerate Ciscos performance while we perform day to day seamlessly.

APJC Regional Operations is accountable for the Customer, Partner and Field Sales Operational Engagement, and deliver specialized services such as Deal Management and Field Services. This team is aligned to Cisco's geographic sales regions by dedicatedly partnering with our customers, partners, and field teams in the APJC Region to enable that bookings and revenue targets are achieved, and partner commerce, partner program management and administration is fully optimized.


What you will do:

Responsible for strategic planning, financial management, program and communication of regional operations of Customer and Partner Services (CPS) team in Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China.

Success in delivering our strategy requires on going analysis of how we are executing to our strategies and delivering to plan.


The Team:

This role reports into the Senior Director of CPS APJC Regional Operations (CPS RO), responsible for executing yearly planning and tracking to plan, driving operational reviews, facilitating strategic leadership sessions, leading global corporate initiatives, managing our portfolio process. Additionally, we provide the strategy, framework and delivery of centralized communications and training development. All of which are aimed at ensuring governance and alignment to our strategic objectives.


The Role:

The APJC Business Operation Manager in APJC CPS RO is responsible for often designing and always leading the execution of key strategic corporate priorities. The operation manager will be the Chief-of-staff (CoS) of the APJC CPS RO Leadership Team, working cross functionally to gather, compile, analyse data and pre-set / deliver results of the various efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Operations strategic planning, defining strategically aligned and meaningful metrics, tracking and monitoring for progress
  • Managing the end-to-end Control Tower function in APJC CPS RO of all incoming and outgoing projects. Ensuring that impact analysis is done, deployment schedules are determined and feedback given to the global program office for follow-through.
  • Facilitating CPS Project Portfolio prioritizations discussions.
  • Drive the Management of Change framework and work with the APJC Centers of Excellence Leaders to ensure stakeholder readiness and to coordinate external .
  • Partnering with finance in yearly planning, tracking to budget s, update and analysis of our financial waterfall.
  • Partnering with various teams in developing and consolidating our site strategy and ensure actions align to results. This includes managing requisitions and university hiring for the team.
  • Managing the Governance of Service Catalogue & faciliating Corporate Alignment
  • Driving Employee Engagements and People Development roadmaps


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a related discipline. An MBA degree is preferred. 6-8 years relevant experience in operational strategy development and execution, budgeting and planning
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting process & methodologies
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
