Are you interested in working at the heart of Ciscos transformation to sales acceleration and digital selling? This transformation is critical to driving sales productivity and delivering business outcomes. You are key to this transformation by improving the systems, tools, and processes which enable the APJC Sales Team at Cisco.

In this role, you will join the APJC Strategy, Planning and Operations team as the Business Operations Manager, reporting into the Director of Strategy & Planning, Operations & Analytics.

What youll do

  • Develop and execute change management plans for the specific groups being impacted by change initiatives, including communications, pilots, focus groups, UAT/BAT, enablement and training, surveys, etc.
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Develop, implement and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes, and realization of business cases
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in change management to assist in raising the change competency of pacesetters and change leads.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with the senior leaders, project teams and extended virtual SPO teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the challenges and specific needs of the stakeholders
  • Partnering executive sponsors to develop and document detailed plans for implementation and operational execution
  • Build, integrate, monitor and control all work streams within programs
  • Facilitate resolution of issues and escalations, escalate to executive sponsors when necessary
  • Define and implement continuous program risks analysis, required mitigation and corrective actions

Requirements include:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications, Professional Project/Program Management Training and certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years related experience in cross-organization change management, program/project management, ideally in sales operations
  • Knowledge of a technology-based organization with the ability to understand systems, products and processes involved in selling motions, sales operations, tools (e.g. SFDC, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills are expected
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage a substantial workload
  • Having direct Service Sales Operations experience within Cisco is a plus
