What You'll Do

Client Experience Services (CES) Incubation and Scaling Services is responsible for Assessing, Integrating, and Scaling New offers and driving Software Transformation. In this role, you will:

  • Understand the Bigger Picture of CES organization and manage all the Biz Ops requests
  • Executive / cross CES Communications, Organizational Communications (All Hands, Townhalls), Biz Ops/Org direction passdowns
  • Organizational Culture - Inclusion & Collaboration Strategy (teambuilding, communicating, collaborating in an ongoing changing environment)
  • Manage and orchestrate key business activities / key events / meetings (including logistics of team event) such as quarterly Townhalls/monthly SLT updates/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Act as point of contract between CES biz ops team and Incubation Team
  • Align I&SS strategy with the overall CES strategy
  • Collect asks from Biz ops team and effectively pass down requests to managers and roll up collected info such as workforce plan, talent plan, or vendor info when needed
  • Apply program/project management skills to craft plans and execute them timely
  • Be proactive among the Biz Ops team! Dedicated relationship building. Ensure team is well represented! Keep team on track for deliverables; act as overall team eyes and ears and protect teams interests.

Who You'll Work With

CES is part of Cisco's Operations organization. We have dual areas of responsibilities on behalf of Cisco. First, we are the owners of the Commercial Process, which supports all the Quote to Cash, Invoicing, Licensing, and Provisioning, Sales Compensation, and Data Management processes. Second, we play a key role in accelerating Cisco's transformation to Software and Recurring Revenue by transforming key areas like Commercial Process Standardization, Commercial Integration, Improving New Biz Model scale, Smart Licensing, and Entitlement across all business models of Software and Recurring Revenue.

You'll work with CES internal Biz Ops Leads and Strategy and planning teams to understand overall CES Org strategy and Biz Ops requests.

Who You Are

  • 12-15 years of professional experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred in Engineering; Masters degree in Science or Business Administration preferred
  • Previous management or team leadership experience
