What You'll Do

You will lead the sales efforts for Cisco's Secure Workload and Analytics portfolio in the Japan Enterprise and Service Provider markets.  This is made up an innovative portfolio of data-driven software solutions helping to secure the networks, data centres and cloud environments of organisations throughout the region.

You will work as part of a team that has a start-up mentality, but with the full support, scale & resources of Cisco and partnering closely with our Global Security Sales Organisation. 


Your success is essential to Cisco's security strategy, including Zero Trust and in Securing the Cloud Transition for most our sophisticated customers.  Key products within your remit include Cisco Secure Workload, Cisco Secure Network Analytics and Cisco Secure Cloud Analytics - and you will be supported by a highly skilled and hardworking team of Technical Architects dedicated to these technology platforms.  


Who You'll Work With

This high profile sales role will require a hunter type individual to work alongside our account teams, partners and business units to drive revenue from new & existing customers directly and via Partners across the region. We have already developed sales enablement programs, partner workshops and test drives for you to demonstrate. We are looking for a confident sales professional that is eager to help define strategic and competitive strategies and go to market plans across the Japan market.   This customer base also includes the global operations and subsidiaries of a number of large Japanese headquartered organisations so occasional meetings and activities outside of normal business hours may be required.


Who You Are

A successful & senior Sales Professional with experience in the following areas:

  • Being at the forefront of understanding, and being able to communicate a strategy and vision in this marketplace.
  • Building an in-depth business expertise in the underlying and associated technologies and architectures.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a hunting mentality to build and define a sales strategy for a given geographic market segment.
  • You will execute on a Partner enabled business plan to gain market share, building proven relationships with partners and internal teams alike.
