The Business Analyst, Operational Integrations is responsible for providing analysis skills, monitoring Operational and Enterprise Clinic Integration performance, identifying and recommending areas for development or enhancement, and developing action plans to drive processes. The position is responsible for development, maintenance, and reporting of all Enterprise Clinic Integration functions, including reporting for BYY. The position is expected to develop and maintain a collaborative working relationship with all internal and external customers. This position is also responsible for ensuring daily efforts align with the goals of the department and the department and the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Responsible to complete thorough business analyses, which includes examining business processes and workflows for optimization and / or performing statistical and/or data analyses
  • ""
  • Transform data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats for leadership review
  • ""
  • Develop recommendations and reviews findings with peers and leaders
  • ""
  • Identify and analyze trends, strategies and tactics to increase the productivity of Clinic Integrations to drive positive performance on organizational key performance metrics and improve the customer experience
  • ""
  • Identify opportunities for improved scalability
  • ""
  • Provide guidance and support for Operational Integrations, Clinic Integrations team, Clinical Integrations team
  • ""
  • Develop working relationships with all functional areas involved with Integrations
  • ""
  • Manage and improve current Operational Integration reports
  • ""
  • Develop and maintain additional reporting as requested or to assist with initiatives
  • ""
  • Develop and maintain BYY reporting
  • ""
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests
  • ""
  • Recommend and implement new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve processes
  • ""
  • Document and maintain updates to workflows, training plans, and internal policies and procedures as directed
  • ""
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a related field -4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree
  • ""
  • 2+ years of decision support and data analysis experience
  • ""
  • Demonstrated solid analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data
  • ""
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Access, Word)
  • ""
  • Proficient in MS Excel pivot tables, pivot charts, power query, macros and VBA
  • ""
  • Proficient in Tableau or Power BI and ability to make dashboards
  • ""
  • Proven understanding of databases and data integrity
  • ""
  • Experience interacting one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership
  • ""

  • Masters in health administration, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field

  • PMP/CAPM and/or LSSGB

  • 2+years of healthcare experience

  • Basic understanding of concepts and practices of Lean and Six Sigma

  • Understanding of SQL and experience in SQL reporting
  • ""
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
