We at Cisco are looking for a Graduate Business Analysts for our Regional IT team to assist in the design and deployment of global IT services and tool in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEAR).

            Role 1 Focused on software applications and data investigation

            Role 2 Focused on more device deployments for business units and country teams

What youll do

Overall, our job is to ensure that the Cisco business units in EMEAR are working on the latest IT solutions deployed by Cisco, both hardware and software, ensuring that any issues are addressed, any software localizations required are developed and implemented and that the business teams in region have exactly what they need to operate effectively.

As part of this, we will ask you to do things such as:

• Present, share and demonstrate your work to team members and stakeholders
• Manage business critical application escalations and contribute to optimizing processes at Cisco scale
• Build key relationships with critical stakeholders and create partnerships across multiple Cisco functions
• Analyze trends in the usage of Cisco applications and make recommendations on increasing simplicity while adding value
• Build, Maintain and expand knowledge and skills of current and emerging Cisco technologies

Requirements

You this role might be right for you if you are -

• Graduate of years 2019-2021 in any STEM or Business-related degree 
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). Any other language is a plus!
• Have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Exposure to Project Management in IT industry is a great advantage
• Technology knowledge: Excel and Power Paint
• Eligible to work in Poland without additional immigration procedures
