Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Demonstrate understanding of client customer service business requirements to ensure that their needs are being met
  • ""
  • Synthesize and communicate information on clientissue status, resolution, and overall health of the client to appropriate internal/external stakeholders and leadership
  • ""
  • Identify client scenarios that are not meeting mutual needs, and recommend appropriate course of action (e.g., unneeded solutions, inability to meet expectations)
  • ""
  • Evaluate and analyze client satisfaction metrics/data (e.g. satisfaction surveys, VOP) to identify opportunities for improving client outcomes, and take appropriate action
  • ""
  • Perform required research/analysis to drive resolution of client customer service-related issues (e.g., root cause analysis)
  • ""
  • Ensure that client issues are resolved to mutual satisfaction (e.g., information gathering, follow-up, timeliness)
  • ""
  • Create and present client facing reports and presentations

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience in OptumRx operations with demonstrated expertise of IRIS, RxClaim and Navigator application
  • ""
  • 2+ years data analysis and root cause remediation experience
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience in editing and creating professional documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience navigating and effectively using Office365 tools
  • "

  • 2+ customer service experience in an OptumRx call center environment
  • ""
  • Ability to create documents in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
