What You'll Do

We are seeking Digital/CRM professionals experienced in supporting large-scale business transformation programs using Salesforce.com. As a business systems analysis manager, you are responsible for working cross-functionally on strategic and operational initiatives. In this role, you will consistently deliver value through execution in a very fast-paced environment. In this key role, you will be eliciting, specifying, and validating requirements.

The role will be reporting to a strategy and planning leader in our Operations organization.

Who You'll Work With

We are set up to transform the seller and marketer experience by helping them meet and surpass Ciscos growth trajectory. We are also intensely passionate about enabling Ciscos transformation to grow recurring revenue through our Software and Services business. As a member of SMX (Sales and Marketing Experience) team, you will drive significant change in our digital landscape as part of the broader ecosystem of teams in this space.

Who You Are

We are seeking an innovative, hardworking, and highly capable individual with a keen interest in contributing to transformational programs.

  • Excellent business analysis skills, working in matrix teams
  • Teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Possess proven understanding of agile software development
  • Possess a drive for continuous improvement and optimization
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and responsibilities with opposing priorities
  • Because the role requires a high degree of internal customer interaction, the Analyst must have outstanding communication and influencing skills, an understanding of business process and systems, and able to coordinate and prioritize end user issues/requests

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with proven experience in change or product management
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal communications and presentation skills
  • Works independently with only minimal direction required
  • Results-oriented, hardworking and wants to have fun while driving transformations at Cisco
