As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for working with internal and external partners to manage brand resources, brand reviews, additions to guidelines and assets, and communication plans. You will become an expert in the UnitedHealthcare brand identity and guiding principles and use that expertise to lead brand-related projects across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support brand management
  • ""
  • Manage daily requests for brand reviews and brand questions
  • ""
  • Coordinate brand reviews across all creative teams and agencies twice a year
  • ""
  • Update and maintain brand resources
  • ""
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create new standards and assets
  • ""
  • Influence and build credibility internally and externally, representing the brand on cross-functional teams
  • ""
  • Work with internal communication teams on employee brand communications and announcements
  • ""
  • Program and financial management
  • ""
  • Develop project plans and track progress for brand management programs, coordinate with internal and external teams
  • ""
  • Assure internal deadlines are met and appropriate signoffs/approvals are completed.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to assure accurate budget tracking and reporting
  • ""
  • Manage contracting with external partners
  • ""
  • Proactively recommend more efficient, effective processes

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree in business, marketing, or related areas required
  • ""
  • 3+ years proven experience across consumer brand, marketing or advertising roles
  • ""
  • Experience in effective program/project management for high quality and on-time deliverable
  • ""
  • Consumer-centric focus with passion and enthusiasm for building continuous consumer learning
  • ""
  • 1+ years of experience with written, verbal and presentation skills; collaborative work style
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • ""
