**This is the role**

The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing cardiovascular product. The Brand Manager shall ensure that healthcare and patients have the knowledge, information and support they need in order to achieve best possible treatment outcomes. Furthermore, the Brand Manager is responsible for the development/execution/roll-out of the customer strategies and activities across the country.

**The person we are looking for** :

+ Understands the healthcare environment and adapts initiatives so that these meet healthcare and patient needs

+ Lead the implementation of tactical brand plans with your Alliance counterpart (including materials development, meetings & congress management, and digital channels)

+ Develops customer focused initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams based on deep insights.

+ Drives and implements compliant customer facing activities and communication through variety of ways/channels with a focus on virtual, digital, which are aligned with local healthcare needs and country insights. Identifies relevant opinion leaders, medical societies, and cooperative and study groups and uses this core stakeholder group to form the basis of local tactical initiatives.

+ Works closely with sales function to ensure effective coordination and implementation of customer facing activities.

+ Is accountable for the planning, spending and controlling local tactical budget as agreed for areas of responsibility. Demonstrate compliant use of financial systems and processes.

+ Ensure that customer, competitor and field insights are continuously informing the marketing strategy and messaging platform.

+ Builds and maintains close relationships with key external stakeholders within the therapeutic area. Continuously focus on new innovative ways of working with the customers based on customer insight he/she has obtained by working closely with the customer.

**What we expect**

+ University degree such as marketing or business with experience of science or medical or science degree with experience of business.

+ Experience in digital communication and solutions is preferable.

+ Fluent in English and Finnish

+ Curious mindset and with the ability to understand healthcare needs and develop solutions that meet the needs of patient and customer.

+ High degree of emotional skills, such as empathy and inclusion, resulting in good teamwork and relationship management, and in working in a matrix multi-cultural organization

+ Strong business acumen & marketing experience/understanding

+ Strong communication skills including communicating in different types of digital channels.

+ Problem-solving skills, imagination and creative skills combined with critical thinking and evidence-based thinking.

+ Positive "Can do attitude" with self-motivation, energy and drive , combined with the ability to include others and "do it together" explore new ways in the face of stability as well as in the face of a volatile uncertain and complex situation. Ability to deal with ambiguity in the face of decision making. Agile, reimagining how things are done, exploring. Develop and champion new ideas and question the status quo.

+ Proven ability to facilitate open discussion and debate amongst key stakeholders and build internal and external relationships through partnering, anticipating needs and fulfilling expectations.
