The Branch Development division at Edward Jones hires, trains, supports and develops the
branch team to deliver the ideal client experience. As the key connection between branches and
the home office, youll play a vital role in driving positive results in the core profit center of the
firm and in gaining critical insights that shape our business. Here, youll help branch teams grow both their clients and their leadership skills, providing innovative thinking to continue evolving our training, development, recognition and rewards in ways that best engage our unique branches.

Do you enjoy motivating others to achieve success? Are you comfortable facilitating and engaging learners in large and small group formats? Are you familiar with the Socratic Method, adult learning values, and immersive learning? If so, then the role of a Branch Team Trainer might be right for you! Branch Team Trainers (BTT) deliver face-to-face and virtual training to Financial Advisors (FA), Branch Office Administrators (BOA) and Branch Teams. The BTT provides training to our Branch Teams utilizing our firm's established practices to build long lasting relationships with their clients and developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to be successful at various stages of their career.

* Securities Industry Essential Exam, Series 7 and Series 66 preferred prior or obtained within the first 10 weeks of hire with a two-time test policy. Dedicated study time, calendar, and materials will be provided
* Minimum1-3 years training or relevant experience (3+ strongly preferred)
* Training/Adult Learning experience and/or a sales background is highly desirable
* 1-2 Years Leadership, Mentoring Experience
* Exceptional communication, facilitation and organizational skills
* Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
* Occasional travel could be required not to exceed 25% of the time
